To overcome previous challenges caused by manual pen-and-paper attendance recording — such as inconsistent handwriting, missing entries, and unreliable records — a seamless digital check-in solution was implemented using our Eventkaki system.
Guests can easily check in and out by scanning their QR code tickets, significantly reducing queues and allowing the event to be managed efficiently even with limited volunteers. The system ensures accurate, standardized data capture while eliminating human error common in manual processes.
Eventkaki automatically records both check-in and check-out timestamps, providing reliable attendance tracking. A comprehensive post-event summary report is generated, giving organizers clear insights for administration, reporting, and follow-up purposes. This functionality was especially critical for capturing verified attendance data required for CPD points submission.
