Welcome to Techlaju Sdn Bhd. By engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
Techlaju Sdn Bhd provides digital solutions including but not limited to:
- Website design and development
- Custom web application development
- System integration
- Maintenance and support
- Digital consultation and related technology services
All project scopes shall be agreed upon in writing before commencement.
2. Project Confirmation
A project shall only be deemed confirmed upon:
- Acceptance of quotation/proposal
- Payment of the required deposit
- Agreement to the project scope and timeline
3. Payment Terms
Payment shall be made according to the agreed payment schedule stated in the quotation or proposal.
Unless otherwise stated:
- 50% deposit upon project confirmation
- Remaining balance payable upon project completion or before deployment
Failure to make payment may result in suspension of work or withholding of deliverables.
4. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Client feedback and response time
- Changes in project scope
- Third-party delays
Any delay in client-provided content, approvals, or materials may affect the delivery timeline.
5. Revisions and Scope Changes
The agreed quotation covers the scope stated in the proposal only.
Any additional features, revisions beyond the agreed scope, or change requests may be subject to additional charges and revised timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final completed project shall be transferred to the client, except:
- Third-party plugins, themes, or licensed components
- Proprietary modules developed and licensed by Techlaju Sdn Bhd
Techlaju retains the right to showcase completed works in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide:
- Accurate information
- Required content and materials
- Timely feedback and approvals
Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines.
8. Warranty and Support
A limited support period may be provided as stated in the proposal.
Techlaju shall not be liable for issues caused by:
- Third-party software updates
- Unauthorized modifications
- Hosting/server issues not managed by Techlaju
9. Limitation of Liability
Techlaju shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the project in writing.
Any work completed up to the termination date shall be billable and payable.
