At Techlaju Sdn Bhd, we are committed to delivering quality digital solutions.
Deposit Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon project confirmation to secure resources, planning, and project commencement.
This deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including:
- Change of mind
- Project cancellation by the client
- Delays caused by the client
- Failure to provide necessary materials
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered for payments made beyond the initial deposit and only under the following circumstances:
- Techlaju is unable to deliver the agreed scope due to internal reasons
- Mutual agreement between both parties
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 14–30 business days.
Project Cancellation
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced:
- The initial 50% deposit remains non-refundable
- Additional completed work beyond the deposit may be charged accordingly
