In collaboration with Ethereal Productions, a customized event management system was developed for the Swinburne 25th Anniversary Gala Dinner to manage invitees across multiple groups and streamline table arrangements.

The solution included a mobile app and desktop system integrated with a QR-code scanner for fast guest check-ins, along with real-time table management to identify vacant seats and accommodate last-minute walk-ins. The project also covered the full mailing workflow, including RSVP invitations, confirmation tickets, reminder emails, and automated table assignment notifications, ensuring a seamless and well-coordinated event experience.
