Frequently asked questions

How much does a website cost in Kuching?

It depends on the number of pages and what the site needs to do: a company profile costs less than a site with registration, payments or an online store. Tell us what you need on WhatsApp and we will send a clear quote. Hosting, email and domain renewal can be bundled into one annual support package.

How long does it take to build a website?

A straightforward business website is quicker than one with registrations, payments or a store. We agree a launch date in the quote and plan backwards from it, which matters when the site has to be live before an event or campaign.

Will my website show up on Google?

Every site we build is mobile-friendly and fast, with proper page titles, descriptions, headings, a sitemap and structured data so Google understands it. Ranking also depends on your content and your Google Business Profile, and we will tell you what to do there.

Can my own team update the website?

Yes. We set sites up so your team can change text, photos, events and listings without calling a developer. The Summer Mall team, for example, runs its store directory and happenings calendar itself.

Can you take over a website from another vendor?

Yes. We have moved sites off old servers, reclaimed domains from previous vendors and restored data from hacked sites, as we did for KTA Sarawak and Satoyama Farm.

Do you only work with clients in Kuching?

Our office is at iCOM Square in Kuching, and we work with clients across Sarawak, Malaysia and Singapore. Most meetings happen over WhatsApp and video calls, and Kuching clients are welcome to drop by for coffee.
